HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM MISSING ANY PARTS FROM THE FULL RACK THAT I PURCHASED?
Near the top of the Assembly Instructions is a “parts list” of the items that are supposed to be included in the box. If any of these parts are missing please contact us at the above number and we can ship out the missing parts to you at no charge.
Please note: To help our Quality Control Department, please note the PO Number from the rack box and provide this 10 digit number when you call.
This number is located on a white bar code sticker. The PO Number is directly under the DEPT 00011 Number on the label. Thank you.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE RACK THAT I PURCHASED?
Every rack unit comes with an Assembly Instructions that contain the model number or vendor stock number. Search the website for this number (Z=zinc, B=black) and find the Grouped page where all accessories for this rack can be found.
IS THERE A TUTORIAL VIDEO AVAILABLE FOR ASSEMBLING THIS RACK?

IS PAYPAL THE ONLY WAY TO PAY FOR OUR ITEMS?
Paypal is our merchant vendor and they offer the choice to pay for your order with either your established paypal account, a new paypal account, or by any major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

Since not all items are free shipping we suggest that you put all the items you wish to purchase in your online shopping cart. Then using your zip code get a shipping quote.
