HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM MISSING ANY PARTS FROM THE FULL RACK THAT I PURCHASED?

Near the top of the Assembly Instructions is a “parts list” of the items that are supposed to be included in the box. If any of these parts are missing please contact us at the above number and we can ship out the missing parts to you at no charge.

Please note: To help our Quality Control Department, please note the PO Number from the rack box and provide this 10 digit number when you call.
This number is located on a white bar code sticker. The PO Number is directly under the DEPT 00011 Number on the label. Thank you.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT ACCESSORIES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE RACK THAT I PURCHASED?

Every rack unit comes with an Accessory Insert that provides the part numbers of the compatible accessories. Please search for these numbers on our website in order to purchase.

 

IS PAYPAL THE ONLY WAY TO PAY FOR OUR ITEMS?

Paypal is our merchant vendor and they offer the choice to pay for your order with either your established paypal account, a new paypal account, or by any major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express).

Please note if you are already a Paypal customer then you will be asked to login to that account and process your payment.
